HC Forklift America Corporation Introduces Two New Lithium-ion Models
Charlotte, NC: HC Forklift America Corporation (HCFA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hangcha Group, is excited to announce that we are adding two new lithium-ion powered class 2 models to our full line of lithium-ion powered material handling equipment. The first model that we are adding is the new XC Series Lithium-ion Electric Moving Mast Reach Truck with a 3,000-5,500lb load capacity. This reach truck features an innovative design that increases operator visibility, comfort, and productivity. HCFA is also excited to announce that we are adding the new A Series Lithium-ion Electric Stock Picker with a 1,000lb load capacity. This lithium-ion powered stock picker provides operators with the flexibility needed to pick parts, fulfill orders, and move stock throughout warehouses.
XC Series Electric Moving Mast Reach Truck with Lithium-ion Technology

The XC Series Lithium-ion Electric Moving Mast Reach Truck is a new innovative solution for narrow aisle operational environments from Hangcha Group. Thanks to Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, this reach truck will run over 10 hours on a single charge and can fully charge in less than 2 hours. In addition to the lithium-ion technology, productivity is also increased thanks to height selection and height limit control. These features are built into the large multifunctional instrument display. Hangcha’s engineers have increased operator visibility by redesigning the mast, moving the middle cylinder, designing a unique body structure, and providing an optional clear roof. The spacious and adjustable operator compartment, standard with suspension seat and fingertip controls, allows operators to remain comfortable while moving throughout warehouse facilities. To enhance maneuverability, the moving mast reach truck is built with either a 180-degree or optional 360-degree steering. A Series Electric Stock Picker with Lithium-ion Technology

The new Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) powered electric stock picker from Hangcha Group is designed to be a compact and versatile stock picking solution for warehouses and manufacturing facilities. This stock picker features lithium-ion technology, a maintenance-free A/C traction motor, CANBUS communication structure, and a Curtis controller to allow it to move through warehouses at speeds of up to 3.4mph. The controller also gives operators the ability to simultaneously lift/lower while traveling to increase productivity. The onboard charger allows for operators to plug the stock picker into an electrical outlet and take full advantage of opportunity charging. To ensure safe operation, engineers added a tilt sensor, guardrails, safety pedal sensor, and an emergency hydraulic lowering valve.
