This privacy notice explains how Hangcha collects and uses personal data from visitors to its web and mobile sites that link directly to this notice (collectively “Sites”). Your personal data is controlled by HC Forklift America Corporation  (collectively “Hangcha”, ”We” and “Us”).

DATA WE COLLECT

If you call us, send us an email, or fill out a form on one of our Sites, we use the information you provide to respond to your request or to otherwise communicate with you or assist you, which may include your name, phone number or email address. If you make purchases through our Sites, we may collect data necessary to process your order, such as your shipping address, products ordered, and your contact information.

Hangcha uses cookies that are essentially small data files placed on your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or other devices.

DATA USESHARING and transfer

We use the data we collect to provide you with rich, interactive experiences. In particular, we may use data to:

Please be aware of that if you visit our Sites from places outside the mainland of China, your data may be transferred to China and stored and processed there. China’s law which protect personal information may be different from the law in your country or region, but please believe in us that we will take appropriate action to protect the security of your personal information.

If you choose to use the service and submit your personal information through the Sites, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be transferred to China.

Global Privacy Control

Some web browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), which sends a signal to websites indicating a preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We recognize and honor GPC signals as a valid request to opt out under applicable state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we automatically treat it as an opt-out request and will not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, without requiring any further action on your part.
We use analytics and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and ZoomInfo WebSights to understand site usage and identify potential business inquiries. These tools may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable state privacy laws.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect or maintain information about persons under 13 years of age. If we learn that information about persons under 13 years of age has been collected on or through the Sites, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has registered for an account or service on our Sites, please contact us using the contact information below to have that child’s account or service terminated and personal information deleted.

DATA RETENTION

Your Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing

You have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. You may exercise this right at any time by:

Your opt-out preference is stored for 12 months, after which you may be asked to confirm your preference again.We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising their privacy rights.

You may request that we update or delete/deactivate certain information pertaining to you.

If we cannot remove some personal information, we will let you know why. If you have subscribed to marketing emails, you may stop the delivery by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the email received .

You also have the right to request how your data is processed and with whom we share it.

Additionally, if you believe certain information Hangcha processes about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have this information corrected.

We will endeavor to respond to your request to review the information we have on file for you within 30 days from receiving such request.
