The second generation XF2 Series Pneumatic Tire Forklift has been designed from the ground up for North American warehouses, manufacturing facilities, lawn and garden facilities, and industrial operations. It features either the KUBOTA WG3800 motor that is LPG or dual fuel or the KUBOTA V3307 diesel motor to power the unit. Either of these motors, combined with the standard Okamura transmission and standard wet disc brake drive axle make this model the reliable material handling partner that end-users are looking for. In addition, operator comfort, safety, and ease of maintenance are all improved with the second generation XF2 Series Pneumatic Tire Forklift to create a well-balanced and reliable pneumatic forklift.

FEATURES

Comfortable Operation

In developing the second generation XF2 Series Pneumatic Tire Forklift, ergonomic design, comfort, and ease of operation were carefully considered. This is because comfortable operating environments contribute to increased productivity among operators.

1. The overhead guard, gearbox, and seat are fully-suspended and offer a three-stage vibration reduction to reduce the vibration that the operator feels. The steering axle is also installed using padded mounts to reduce vibration and increase comfort.

2. The XF2 Series can be optioned with a fully-enclosed cab, heater, and air conditioner to ensure operator comfort no matter the outside working conditions.

3. Special sound-absorbing cotton is attached to certain parts of the forklift to decrease noise.

4. The next generation XF2 Series features an optimized ergonomic design, enlarged operator compartment, and a new, optional, next generation fingertip control system.

5. A new interactive instrument display is used to display the operating status of the forklift and provide operators with vital operational information.

6. The redesigned, cast, open steering axle increases the maximum internal turning angle allowing operators to maneuver the forklift in narrow spaces.

7. The cabin has been optimized to provide outstanding visibility in all directions.

8. The central parking brake requires less force to engage and increases the ease of operation.

All Round Visibility

The XF2 Series Pneumatic Forklift is designed to significantly increase operator visibility by using a new counterweight design, new three-stage full free lift mast, and an updated operator compartment. These changes increase the operators visibility and control of the forklift which allows for a safer operating environment.

Environmentally Efficient Engines

Kubota WG3800 LPG/Dual Fuel Engines

The XF2 features the well-known and reliable Kubota WG3800 LPG/Dual Fuel engine. The WG3800 engine features performance, a reliable supply chain to ensure low lead times, and a diagnostics system that allows for easier and more accurate maintenance. The engine is also Tier 2 EPA compliant. These features ensure that the Kubota WG3800 motors are powerful and reliable enough to get the job done.

Kubota V3307 Diesel Engine

Hangcha uses the powerful Kubota diesel engine in our pneumatic tire forklifts. The Kubota engine is Tier 4F compliant. The engine uses common rail fuel systems, diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), and diesel particulate filters (DPF) to meet the Tier 4F compliance. This engine helps the Hangcha forklifts maximize their efficiency and reliability for the end-user.

Hangcha designed the XF2 Series Pneumatic Forklift to be secure. By designing the chassis to feature a low center of gravity, integrating an OPS System, & including a high output lighting system, Hangcha is able to keep operators safe while operating the XF2 Series Pneumatic Forklift.

1. The XF2 Series features a low center of gravity design by positioning the cast steering axle lower in the chassis and updating the counterweight design.

2. An Operator Presense Sensing (OPS) System is provided as a part of the standard configuration to ensure that the ensures that the operator is seated in the correct position before allowing the forklift to travel forward/reverse, lift materials up/down, or tilt the mast forward/backward.

3. The throttling device locks the mast in place if there is a hydraulic failure. This adds to the operational saftey of the truck.

4. There is a locking mechanism found on the engine hood, damper, and parking brake for the operator’s safety.

5. The rear reverse grip with a horn button enhances operational safety while traveling in reverse.

Reliable and Easy-To-Maintain

Hangcha designed the XF2 Series Pneumatic Forklift to be reliable and easy to maintain. By using key components and well thought out designs, Hangcha is able to build a reliable forklift that operators can count on.

1. The XF2 Series is manufactured using large plate stamping, molding processes, and automatic welding technology to create a robust and stylish exterior.

2. The forklift’s intelligent controller controls the OPS system, flameout for idle speed time out, and can provide other optional functions including a speed limiter, speed limiter for faults, high idle speed lifting, automatic fork leveling, etc.

3. Wet Brake System features a 10 year service life and is included standard to significantly improve the reliability of the braking system.

4. A high-pressure hydraulic system and load-sensing steering-priority–ensured multiway valves are used to improve system efficiency.
5. The low-noise gear hydraulic pump runs at a reduced noise level and is very reliable. All joints are 24° conic joints and each high-pressure pipe joint has a pressure measuring port that enables better sealing and offers better maintainability.

6. Thanks to the open design of the cast steering axle, the oil cylinder can easily be replaced.

7. The electrical system features waterproof connectors to ensure the system’s reliability when operating in wet applications or weather.
