Held September 15th and 16th under the theme “Driving Success,” the two-day event brought together Hangcha Group executives, HCFA leadership and sales team members, and dealers from across the company’s nationwide network. Attendees gathered to discuss HCFA’s continued growth, expanding product portfolio, and strategy for supporting dealers and customers throughout the United States.

“We are honored to host our valued Dealer partners for these few days of collaboration around our company, strategies, product lines, technologies and growth strategies,” said Scott Johnson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Being aligned in purpose is mutually critical to our success whether it be in the warehouse space, industrial space, “big” trucks, rough terrain or aerial work platforms.  Our material handling equipment combined with technology offerings including Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) or Fleet Intelligent Management System (FIMS) along with strong parts and service support ensure our Dealer partners are staged for continued success.”

During the first day, company leaders delivered presentations highlighting HCFA’s growth, sales divisions, new product introductions, and plans for strengthening aftermarket support. Dealers also had opportunities to ask questions, provide feedback, and engage directly with HCFA’s leadership and departmental teams.

On the second day, attendees visited HCFA’s 110,000-square-foot facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Opened in March 2025, the facility brings the company’s parts, service, engineering, information technology, aftermarket, and operations teams together under one roof. Dealers toured the facility and learned how the investment is improving communication, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing support for HCFA’s growing dealer network. The tour also provided dealers with their first look at HCFA’s new automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS), which is designed to improve the speed and accuracy of parts fulfillment. The system can complete certain picking tasks in less than two hours that would traditionally require a team of warehouse associates approximately eight hours to complete.

The Rock Hill portion of the conference also featured hands-on product breakout sessions, giving attendees an up-close look at equipment and technologies from across the company’s expanding portfolio. Highlights included AI-powered autonomous mobile robots, advanced telematics and operator-assistance technologies, and a 36,000-pound-capacity XH Series high-voltage electric pneumatic forklift rated at a 48-inch load center.

One of the event’s major announcements was HCFA’s introduction of Hangcha aerial work platforms to the U.S. market. The initial product offering includes lithium-ion-powered scissor lifts designed to provide dependable performance, simplified maintenance, and user-friendly operation. Attendees received hands-on product training and guidance for introducing the new equipment line within their local markets.

To conclude the conference, attendees traveled to Charlotte Motor Speedway, where they had the opportunity to connect outside the formal business sessions and experience high-speed laps around the iconic track as part of a NASCAR racing experience.

HCFA’s inaugural National Dealer Conference marked an important milestone in the company’s continued growth in the United States. By bringing its dealers, employees, and global leadership together, HCFA strengthened the relationships that support the Hangcha brand and established a foundation for continued collaboration. The company looks forward to building on the momentum generated during the event as it expands its product offerings, enhances dealer support, and creates new opportunities for its dealer network and customers nationwide.

“Our vision is clear: to build Hangcha into one of the most respected Chinese material handling brands in America,” said Jimmy Zhang, President of HC Forklift America Corporation. “That starts with our dealers. Their trust, market knowledge, and commitment to our customers are essential to our success. We are committed to supporting them with competitive products, strong parts and service capabilities, and a long-term investment in the U.S. market. We want to grow together, succeed together, and build something we can all be proud of.”
