The Hangcha HV Series Lithium-ion Electric Vertical Mast Lift is an aerial work platform machine that offers the capability to get virtually any job done at up to 36.8′. It features a 130° rotating jib and a 345° non-continuous hydraulic turntable that allows for an exceptional range of motion and precise positioning. Its compact size, low service weight, small turning radius, great maneuverability, and efficient electric drive motors make Hangcha’s HV Series Lithium-ion Electric Vertical Mast Lift the solution for hard-to-reach jobsite needs. It is mainly used in warehouses, exhibition halls, for aircraft maintenance, mechanical equipment installation, equipment maintenance, and other applications.
In developing the HV Series Electric Lithium-ion Vertical Mast Lift, ergonomic design, comfort, and ease of operation were carefully considered. This is because easy operating environments contribute to increased productivity among operators.
INTUITIVE DESIGN
-
Designed as a dedicated lithium-ion powered forklift, allows for a larger operator compartment that is more ergonomic and comfortable. It also gives operators a wide view of their surroundings.
-
With a 39.4” width, the vertical mast lift is designed to easily maneuver through tight spaces.
-
The ergonomic joystick is intuitive when operating the vertical mast lift.
-
The size, weight, and rotating design of the vertical mast lift were carefully considered to allow for successful operation indoors.
-
The vertical mast lift is designed for one person to comfortably work on the platform.
- The mast can be rotated, and the platform’s jib can be lowered or raised to allow the operator to reach what they need to effectively do their job.
Hangcha designed the HV Series Electric Lithium-ion Vertical Mast Lift to be secure. By featuring a safety valve, manual lowering handle, and an anti-overturning system, Hangcha is able to keep operators secure while operating the electric lithium-ion mini scissor lift.
-
The HV Series Electric Lithium-ion Vertical Mast Lift features a safety valve on the hydraulic system. This is designed to prevent the vertical mast lift’s platform from lowering in the event of a hydraulic system failure.
-
A manual lowering handle is included in the design of the vertical mast lift to allow for the manual lowering of the platform in the event that the battery capacity is depleted or the operating system has failed.
-
The vertical mast lift features an anti-overturning system. When the lift is raised above 6.5’, the system actively works to prevent the machine from turning over while maneuvering on un-level ground.
