The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift features an all-new integrated design in Hangcha’s growing line up of Lithium-ion Electric Forklifts. Thanks to its IPX4 rating and high ground clearance, Hangcha’s lithium-ion powered pneumatic forklift can take on harsh outdoor operational environments while still maintaining a lifting capacity of up to 22,000lbs. The exterior of this electric forklift is also powder coated in a durable, easy to see, green finish that designates it as lithium-ion powered.

Comfortable Operation

In developing the XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift, ergonomic design, comfort, and ease of operation were carefully considered. Optimized with the end user in mind, the XC Series Forklift helps reduce operator fatigue to maximize productivity.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

Designed as a dedicated lithium-ion powered forklift, allows for a larger operator compartment that is more ergonomic and comfortable. It also gives operators a wide view of their surroundings.
The ergonomically designed operator compartment allows the operator to have a wide field of vision.
The large color display allows operators to clearly see the status of the forklift. Operators can easily adjust settings and fine-tune each forklift thanks to the display’s wide range of options.
The load-sensitive multi-way valve and lifting potentiometer improve inching performance and reduces power consumption, resulting in longer run time.
The forklift’s full suspension seat and high-positioned, shock-absorbing steer axle provide the operator with a more comfortable ride quality when operating the forklift.
The panoramic rear view mirror and reverse handgrip with horn button allow more comfortable operation when traveling in reverse.

By using a dedicated chassis design, low profile counterweight, OPS System, automatic deceleration while turning feature, and improved inching performance, operators are able to work in any environment safely and effectively.

The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift features an integrated lithium-ion design. This means that the lithium-ion battery pack and key component placement can be optimized to prioritize operator comfort, service access, and platform stability. The low battery placement lowers the truck center of gravity which increases truck stability and capacity retention.
The three-step chassis and lengthened handrail allow fore easy in and out of the forklift.
The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift is designed with a low counterweight to improve operator visibility in all directions.
The forklift features a high ground clearance so it can thrive in unfinished outdoor yards without issue.

The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift features an efficient high-torque electric motor to significantly improve the forklift’s travel speed, gradeability, and lifting speed.
The 96V system manages energy more efficiently. Combined with the optional larger batteries and dual charging ports, operators can use the forklift for extended periods of time. This includes 24 hour shifts when opportunity charging.
The dual hydraulic pump system is used to increase the performance and efficiency of the XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift.

Reliable & Easy to Maintain

Hangcha designed the XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift to be reliable and easy to maintain. By using key components, specific designs, and testing, Hangcha is able to build a reliable forklift that operators can count on.

There are two independent cooling ducts that are used to increase the reliability of the forklift in harsh operational environments.
Switches, connectors, instruments, and other key parts are sourced from industry known suppliers to ensure reliability, performance, and ease of service.
The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift features a removable right side panel, rear counterweight cover, and a wide opened hood to facilitate easy access to main components.

Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Packs

Dual charging ports on the right side of the forklift allow for fast and easy charging with either a single or dual charging guns.
The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Pneumatic Forklift is able to charge in less than 2 hours taking advantage of the forklift’s dual charging features.
The forklift features a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack that doesn’t require any regular maintenance performed on the battery pack.
Integrated Battery Management System (BMS) continually monitors energy management and ensures reliable operation.
